The Sloe Winter Negroni is something Chris has came back to year after year, winter after winter! Hepple Sloe & Hawthorn gin makes for the base which unlike other Sloe Gins on the market, has some lovely underlying dry notes to it and is not to sweet. Sloe Gin, Campari, Sweet Vermouth and the secret ingredient? Port! Makes for a winter Negroni variation that is absolutely perfect for cosying up in front of the tv, after an aperitif after dinner or relaxing in front of a log burning stove after a long day, cold day at work or Christmas shopping!
Ingredients: Hepple Sloe & Hawthorn Gin, Campari, Sweet Vermouth, Port
Garnish with a dehydrated Orange wheel
Allergens present - Contains Sulphites
Top Tip: Chill for two to three hours before serving and give it a stir for around 15 seconds to dilute!
